According to an anonymous lawsuit, rapper Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter, 55, is accused of molesting a drugged 13-year-old girl with Sean “Diddy” Combs, 55. It refers to an after-party at the MTV Video Music Awards 24 years ago.
It was last fall that the rapper Combs, was charged with extortion, sex trafficking and pimping. Among other things, he is accused of assaulting and threatening women, including employees. In connection with this, there have been allegations that Combs has also subjected boys to abuse, as reported by AP.
On Sunday, the lawsuit against Combs was completed and the rapper Carter’s name was added, the Los Angeles Times reports.
Combs and Carter are accused of raping a 13-year-old girl together at an after-party following the MTV Video Music Awards in 2000. According to the lawsuit, filed by an anonymous woman, the two men “took turns molesting the minor”. The girl allegedly tried to get into an after-party by standing outside and approaching several limousine drivers in the hope of being invited. According to one of the drivers, the girl was fit for “what Diddy is looking for”. Before she was allowed into the after-party, she was reportedly forced to sign a non-disclosure agreement, where she was then drugged and raped by the men.
Carter’s entertainment company, Roc Nation, says the allegations are “idiotic” and merely an attempt at blackmail.
Denied bail
In November, Combs’ ex-girlfriend, Casandra Ventura, filed a lawsuit against him, accusing him of rape and physical assault, among other things, which was settled out of court. In total, over 120 people have made various allegations against Combs.
Combs has been denied bail on a number of occasions, where it is believed he may try to influence witnesses. The trial against the rapper is not expected to begin until May next year.
