Three girls were murdered in a shocking stabbing attack in Southport, England, on Monday by a 17-year-old suspected perpetrator of Rwandan origin. Eight other children were injured in the shocking massacre, with the condition of most of the victims described as “critical”.
Large crowds have taken to the streets in the aftermath, escalating into major riots in the city.
The attack took place at a children’s yoga and dance event at a dance school on Hart Street in the coastal town of Southport in northwest England, where 25 children were present. Three girls, aged 6, 7 and 9, have been confirmed dead by police in the Merseyside region. However, another police press release describes the crowds as supporters of the English Defence League, the former organization of famous English activist Tommy Robinson, which disbanded more than a decade ago.

Police say 53 officers were injured in the riots. British Prime Minister Keir Starmer issued a statement expressing regret and visited Southport to lay flowers at the graves of the victims, where he was met with jeers and disbelief from the local community.
CHILDREN ARE DEAD
Meanwhile woke leftists politicians virtue signal, deny the reality of what is happening and will continue to put our children at risk. There is no difference between Starmer & Harris. Time to wake up and join the fight. Not Far-Right, just RIGHT! #Southport pic.twitter.com/URYFepaCg9— TheIrishWatchdog (@WatchdogTh96012) July 31, 2024
The 17-year-old suspect is said to have been arrested, but Merseyside Police would not confirm further descriptions, saying the “investigation is ongoing”.
